All quotes are obligation free, however, please be polite & please inform me if you do not want to go forward with a quote once I have given an estimate.By asking for a quote, you agree to my terms & conditions except where you have otherwise indicated in your form or direct message. By asking for a quote, you also agree to follow my processes.

This is my current process. This may be changed or updated in the future depending on the amount of commissions I receive. At the time of writing commissions may take 4 - 12 weeks from quote to shipment. This is because I work on several items at once to reduce production costs. Please allow an additional 4 weeks from shipment to receive your item due to international shipping times.1. Submission of form (either through google form or dm) with your request.2. I will email or DM you with a price quote, along with a text run-down on my proposed plan for the piece based on details in original submission, including materials (types of acrylic/wood used) and sizing. Please let me know at this stage if anything needs to be changed as I may not be able to change things later. If the cost is a above your budget, let me know and I can suggest some changes to reduce the cost.3. Once both parties are happy with the quote, I will take payment, usually via paypal invoice. I will happily take partial payments if requested, but I must receive a partial down payment before I begin the vector process (amount may vary) and full payment must be done before the laser cutting process.4. I will create a vector design based on the specifications agreed upon. I will not generally show this step of the process unless major changes are needed, as it’s extremely easy to trace vectors and steal my work.5. I will begin laser cutting the piece. Any final payments should be paid by this period. Generally, I do not prototype unless the piece is extremely complex because I do not have access to my own laser cutter and getting a single piece is extremely expensive but you can request one for an extra fee during quote phase. You piece is usually cut at the same time as any other new items or restocks happening.6. Your custom piece will be assembled and a final picture will be sent (or I can keep it a surprise if you’d like). Once this is finalised, you will receive tracking and insurance.

What can you make? I can make accessories out of laser cut wood and acrylic. I can make necklace pendants, earrings, hair clips, brooches/pins and keychains. See my portfolio page and etsy store to see more images of my current work.My personal favourites to make are weapons (swords, spears, staffs, bows, etc) from video games and cute original earring designs. I am extremely willing to try other types of items though, just ask!How much will it cost? Pricing is extremely variable and depends on the item specifics, please ask for a quote! Generally, most items with more than one material/type of acrylic will cost above $100 AUD unless the item is extremely small and/or simple. Customs based on alterations of previously made items are usually cheaper than full commissions.Some factors that influence cost: overall size, amount of detail / time it takes to design, amount of engraving, amount/types of materials used, if any extra things need to be purchased (bells, beads, tassels, etc).How much is shipping? for international (non-australian addresses) it usually costs $15 - $20 AUD (standard only). For australian addresses i charge a flat $6 for standard or $11 for express.

I will not create anything that promotes hate speech, discrimination or immoral activity e.g. text or symbols that promotes racism, pedophilla, transphobia, homophobia, antisemitism, etc.I reserve the right to decline a commission request for any reason, including those above or for personal discomfort.Designs may be adapted to work better within acrylic. This includes changes in proportions and omitting or changing tiny details. I have the final discretion in how I choose to interpret these details to work best within the acrylic / wood / laser cutting processes.Current timeline for commissions is shipment from 4 - 12 weeks from initial quote. This is because I design several items before sending them to the laser cutter, this is to save on production costs. Unless otherwise arranged during quote process (at an additional cost) I cannot guarantee item specific item shipment outside this general range.I do not accept customer requests for full refunds after the vector process has started. If you are no longer interested in the commission after I have started, a partial refund may be granted depending on the progress of the commission.If for any reason I cannot complete a commission for my own personal reasons, I will offer a full refund.Commissions are for the physical item only. Unless otherwise arranged, you will not receive the original laser ready vector file. I will do full designs upon request, in which case I can give you the rights to use the design for your own personal use and a high quality image reference (not re-sale or commercial use.)Some designs based on pre-existing media may be used in my shop at a later date or at the commission of another client. "One of a kind" (e.g. you want an exclusive item that I won't repeat) commissions are at an additional cost and must be specified before quote.If you are requesting an item based on an original design (i.e. not from a piece of media) it MUST be your own or you must have permission from the original artist to have it adapted in this format.If your own design is to be made into an accessory I will never sell the design, item or file. You retain full rights to your design and I will not profit off your design outside of our commission. However, I may post pictures of completed items for advertisement purposes. Please let me know if you would like to be credited for design in promo images or if you do not want images of your item posted online.I will not accept work that I feel is too similar to other products / items / designs by other indie artists or creators.I use PayPal or Square invoices for commissions. Partial payment must be made prior to the vector process and full payment must be made before laser cutting.
